(10-Minute Bible Study Method) If you are new to Bible study or in a season that is limiting your time I want to show you a way you can do a Bible study in 10 minutes or less without compromising quality. You can study the Bible for yourself following this simple approach! Different seasons demand different approaches - some seasons you can give more time than others but the Lord gives us tremendous liberty in our approach to getting into his word. This method has served me well through various seasons of life and involves 5 simple steps...

🌸OVERVIEW🌸 Once you have selected the Bible passages you will study begin with prayer. READ IT Read the passage of scripture you have chosen- out-loud. This step is vital so you can focus on what you are reading. As you read allow the Holy Spirit to highlight a particular verse. WRITE IT Once you have identified which specific verse has been highlighted you then write it out. This causes you to focus even more on the passage. As you do it gives the Holy Spirit another opportunity to magnify and amplify that particular Bible truth. SAY IT Say it in your own words. After you take time to write out what spoke to you personally, put it in your own words. Take the Bible verse and rephrase it in your own words. APPLY IT How are you going to take what was spoken to you and now apply it to your life. Write down how you are going to take action on it, what you’re going to do in response to what you have just read. PRAY IT Last but not least you’re going to take time to pray it. Transform it into a prayer! A prayer of affirmation, a prayer of surrender, or a prayer of acceptance. Write out a prayerful response. 🌸And finally, if you are the creative type add some fun color and memorable Bible journaling art.🌸 Note: I share a fuller more detailed explanation and illustration in the video.
